Do you have a million different things on your plate yet feel like you’ve accomplished nothing at the end of each day?
Are you a creative who has trouble keeping track of all her ideas and thoughts?
Do you struggle with the demands of being a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a tutor, a cook and a cleaner?
We’ve all been there! Which is exactly how the idea for this mindfulness planner came about! It is a printable planner designed with you in mind! You won’t know how you ever lived without it.
Our Mindfulness Planner is less about multi-tasking, and more about focusing your attention on one thing at a time in order to become more productive. Because it is a printable planner, you can print it out as many times as you like. You can print it A4 or A5, and then pop it into a folder to take with you wherever you go.
Writing all your tasks down frees up mental space for more important things. There is something in this planner for every area of your life, think of it as your new best friend. Use your planner to keep on track, and approach each task with direction.
Hi, I’m Christie, and I am the creator of the printable mindfulness planner.
I was seriously struggling to stay on top of life, and felt completely overwhelmed with the demands of family life, starting a new business, looking after myself and finding time to do things I wanted to do.
I had appointments saved in my phone, but then never looked at it. I had daily to do lists and pieces of paper floating all around the house, and had started using numerous different apps which I never stuck to.
In my moment of need I turned to Facebook and quickly realised many people were having the same struggles as I was, and the mums that weren’t seemed to have some sort of system in place. These organised mums suggested to do some research on bullet journaling, so I did! I loved the idea of having a bullet journal which is basically just a blank note book that follows an easy method of writing all your thoughts down. So, I started my bullet journal and it soon became too much for my perfectionist personality! I couldn’t handle having a messy book and I didn’t have time to draw up tables and write perfect headings… there had to be a better way.
A printable planner seemed like the perfect solution! I then scoured the internet and couldn’t find an all-encompassing method, it needed to be flexible and I wanted to be able to take pages out and put pages in.
This is when I teamed up with Stephanie from Origami Collective to create the printable mindfulness planner as a solution to my overwhelm and the struggles of many other mums!
So, what are you waiting for? You’re going to love the new, stress free you.
